Loaded quickly for me. I’m on Firefox. I also like the look, but, to be honest, I miss the pretty photos that popped up on your header in the previous template. Of course, take my ‘same old blogger template since day one’ words with a grain of salt!

loaded rocket fast! i think the design is great! the only “confusing” part is that the post/comments column is the same size as the other stuff column. maybe make the miscellaneous stuff column a bit smaller so your post section stands out more.
